Sempers,

We are planning an exciting reunion during the weekend of 8/5 to 8/7/11.

On Friday 8/5/11 we will have a welcome party to be hosted at 81 Halley Drive in Pomona.

On 8/6/11 we will have our business meeting and annual gala nite/fund raising event/party.

We still have opening for Saturday evening to tour or any other activity
most members will like to include.

Our membership is our strenght and no matter how hard we work to ensure
an excellent event we will not be successful if you guys who are the
most important factor do not turn up. We would love an excellent turn
out like we did at 2010 convention in DC. Trust us, you are the ones
that will make this reunion a resounding success. We have an excellent
venue and the food, hospitality and services will be excellent but if
you are missing our fun will not be complete.

Go to the website for royal regency hotel and make your reservation for
a room. It is $99 dollar for single room and $109 for double beds and
breakfast
is included in the price.

The location of the hotel is Yonkers and it is about thirty minutes from
NYC airports and another thirty minutes to 81 Halley Dr where we will
have the welcome party.

DC was fun lets all work together to make NYC even more fun.

Let us begin to skip a lunch once a week and save towards NYC 2011.

Please review the mail below to get all information on our venue for
2011 and other activities we can plan for that weekend

Thank you, for allowing me the opportunity to meet with you in 2011. I am very
excited about this years reunion. I am counting on your presence.  Your first step would be to begin booking online on the Royal Regency website
www.royalregencyhotelny.com under Group Bookings using the code: COIC

Boys of the Old Brigade of Gallant C.I.C.
And a thousand voices ring in mighty chorus
Boys of the young St. Mary unto victory

Fearless and strong are the boys of St. Mary College
Glorious, strong, Loyal Sons of the old white and Blue
Brave heart and true
Write their names in triumph story
Onward march on boys of C.I.C to glory
